Women are Helpless in working environment

As we know that child sexual harassment has been increasing day by day in Pakistan. Sexual harassment has been occurring whether it is office or sports, harassment has been occurring in the most common place of Pakistan. But it also has been noticed that Government responses and reactions on these type of cases is very weak and also blame women for such type of cases.

     As in the case that has happened in Islamabad with the girl working in NGO named Humera. She is basically spending their days of Job in very difficult conditions and spending their time in a lot of fear from other members of the office mostly the superiors’ of the office. Senior male colleagues used to come in the cabin of Humera for some work related excuse and touched her for their enjoyment.

She wanted to lodge a complaint with manager or Head but male colleagues are threatening her by saying that they will also claim that we sometime went to her for work related matter not for touching her and if Humera accuses them and her male colleagues will make and send letter to the head of the office that Humera had many affairs with most of the male colleagues of the office.

 And unluckily we are living in the society which is male dominant and every one including courts are ready to believe in the man and gives less attention to the women.

Same like the case of Humera whenever we think about such cases in Pakistan then we got to know that how many more women are confronting sexual harassment by men but no action has been taken so far in order to prevent these cases.

17 years Old Girl Raped by poison to death

Teenager girl "raped poison" to death in Rawalpindi.
This is the story of 17 years old innocent girl which was forced to intake drugs in the form of insecticides. 
She was allegedly raped and forced to consume drug pills in rawalpindi area of Darkali Dhok Awan area on monday Sajid Parveen who was the mother of that innocent child, told authorities that she had gone out for some grocery purchasing while in the mean time the culprit, Muhammad Mubeen and closed the all entrances and started assaulting monstrously her daughter namely Yumna Batool. 
When Sajid Parveen came back, all doors were locked and she was afraid of thoughts that what might be going inside. 
She started shouting to call Yumna to open the door with the help of neighbors but no positive response was. Later, the parents of culprit along with his siblings came to Sajid house and helped him flee the scene. 
What they found that Yumna was found in unconscious state in a room sitting on the floor and then she shifted into the District Headquarters Hospital. 
The poison insecticides, however had spread throughout the body and she breathed her last. The culprit was not found guilty untill filing the report. Yumna's body was then sent for the post mortem to Rawalpindi Police having registered FIR in this regard

It's Just a HUG

It’s when a man goes too far beyond its limit- whether through what he says or what he does- especially when a woman doesn’t want it.

Good flirting is fundamentally empathetic… Sexual harassment is the opposite.

Sexual harassment only happens when an ugly guy does it, if he was a hot guy it would be flirting.

So it’s a man who has to be clear enough in a relationship.

Trust becomes the main factor in every relation. This is the line where harassment and flirting gets separated so far.

Woman has to feel comfortable in his surrounding by gaining the trust matter.

Flirting is the ultimate name of harassment to a certain limit. A neat and clean relation doesn’t need to flirt with spouse. It’s only the game we play with our minds.

Make your mind clear with this thought. As per research, 20% of the flirting relationships turn into harassment cases.

He began putting his hands on me.

He had been insisting me to have a dinner in his yacht. So his struggles convicted me to be affirmative. We were off towards hilly areas after we got free from our office. In the early he was good enough to be a protective man. But once we had gone far away from city, he had started taking chances to bully me. 

He put his hands on my thighs and when I resisted, he stopped the car and used all of his strengths to prove himself stronger than a woman.

That time he did not turn out to be called a man even. 

He grabbed my arms and tried to do persecution a lot but I was fair enough to be self-defensive to get myself get rid of him. 

I strongly told him to stop right there but he laughed it off by saying this happens if you want to get promoted and to survive in the workplace you have to cooperate, sliding his hands onto my neck I got so confused and my body started to shiver. I came under the pressure of my work that it might affect my performance negatively nonetheless I never want myself to be abused or harassed by anyone. I begged him to pardon me but no. The way I was being dealt was no other than a slave. I was helpless and nothing I could do to save my back.

One thing I need to tell you, in this kind of situation no one would come to help you and get you out of this situation. You yourself have to put you out of danger. It’s the time to show bravery.

And I kicked on his balls and had got few minutes to run away with his car, after when shouting did not go good.

Use some precautionary measures which can help you.

Sexual harassment is an abuse of authority. It erodes many several relationships and exploits trust. It points out disrespect.
Sexual harassment punishes women for participating in public life, for seek the employment or insertion/inclusion dominating male space, for expressing individuality, for being distinctive. Sexual harassment is oppressing on gender basis.
