The monstrous rape of ZAINAB
my eyes filled with tears
my heart finds no peace
This is the story of murder,
assault and rape of some innocent girls by a monster since 2015. All of the
victim's dead body were missing and the oldest among them was 7 years old. This
7 year old girl was ZAINAB.
Like her daily routine, she went
for the Quran class and never came back. Her parents were on Umrah then. That
innocent girl was lost.
Everyone got worried and the FIR was lodged. But she was
still missing. After few days people found her dead body nearby her house and
surroundings. This was the shocking news for her family which put them in
trauma for very long time after all she was the beloved daughter of her
parents. Later on, the interrogation got started and Police found out the other
assaults that happened in the area was by a same homicide.
The name of that grotesque is IMRAN ALI. The culprit was
not only the rapist but was also known to her family- would visit her house and
several times she would go accompanied by him, said by police.
According to the their neighbors, the POLICE asked the
culprit to go with them for investigation,
but he started mumbling and had a fainting episode, while his mother claimed
that a pious, God-fearing person like him could never be a rapist or a killer.
The neighbours also added,
notifying that Imran was a deeply religious person who uses to recite naats and offer prayers regularly. Thus, at the time, the
police had no option but to free him. In fact, in pictures taken during
Zainab’s funeral, Imran can be seen a few feet away from Dr Tahirul Qadri.
It was such deep in the dark not for her
family but for us as well. This needs to be kicked out from our system.
Cases gets solved but
we need to erode this system from roots.
